ABOUT THE AUTHORS

J K Gangal, Director of the Centre for Creativity and Human Resource Development (CCHRD), Delhi, is a well-known ELT expert. He has specialized in Teaching of English as a second language from University of Exeter, UK. The Founder-Principal of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Moscow and formerly Education Officer, KVS, Mr Gangal has more than 60 years of experience of teaching English at the secondary and senior secondary levels. He is closely associated with English Language Teaching (ELT) programmes conducted by National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT), State Council of Education Research and Training (SCERT), District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), and the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). He has authored more than 80 books and published many articles in ELT in reputed journals and periodicals.

Madhulika Singh is an educator, author, poet, teacher- trainer, motivational speaker and a philanthropist. She has over 60 published books to her credit. She has also written a collection of 25 English poems titled ‘Threads for Tomorrow’. Over last few years she has also conducted seminars for teachers and principals on English teaching, motivation, personality development and class management in over 125 schools across India.

She has a rich teaching experience in various capacities in schools across Delhi and NCR. She has also been actively involved in setting up new schools.
